Upgrade issue: missing required value

    After update of plugin to v 4.6.0 (WordPress 4.5.3 at Liquid Web using Vantage theme), get following error message:
    Warning: require(admin/shortcode_button.php): failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home/ventpub/public_html/wp-content/plugins/rd-hover-effects/rd-hover-effect.php on line 85

    Fatal error: require(): Failed opening required ‘admin/shortcode_button.php’ (include_path=’.:/usr/lib/php:/usr/local/lib/php’) in /home/ventpub/public_html/wp-content/plugins/rd-hover-effects/rd-hover-effect.php on line 85

    Makes sense; there is no such file. Only shortcode_generator.php and shortcode.php in admin folder. Changed file so that it requires shortcode.php and error changes to
    Fatal error: Cannot redeclare rd_hover_effects_shortcode() (previously declared in /home/ventpub/public_html/wp-content/plugins/rd-hover-effects/admin/shortcode.php:2) in /home/ventpub/public_html/wp-content/plugins/rd-hover-effects/admin/shortcode.php on line 273

    Site is at http://venturepublishing.ca, but plug-in is not activated because it causes fatal error.

    Hi,
    We are sorry for that,we have upgraded version 4.6.0 with Modern UI. plugin using will be easier and stylish than before was.

    We have upgraded version 4.6.1 with fixed error issue. please upgrade plugin to 4.6.1

    Wow, I’m impressed. No Fatal Error any more, and such a quick turnaround.

    However …
    “Important notice: We have Upgraded our Plugin as version 4.6.0, So if your previous hover Items Don’t Appear after Upgraded, please don’t worry, just look up in setting panel once below in custom Post. Then Click Update once. need help?:”
    … where is “custom Post”? I’ve tried to update in RD Hov Effect->Edit, but the Item does not appear. Deactivated all other plugins, still nada.

    with new upgrade all setting panel goes under in custom Post.

    You need to adjust settings again after upgrade new version.
    Then Delete previous shortcode then you need to delete previous shortcode and should use new shortcode which you get after publish/update.

    The original version allowed us to do this:

    Actually, it’s not being used in our site now. I’ve replaced them with older technology called “jpegs”.
