Upgrade gone bad

I just upgraded WP on my blog (www.wheelchairprincess.com/blog/) and must have done something wrong but can’t figure out what. The dashboard has no graphics whatsoever and is in some sort of text only type layout. I can add entries but the box to write in is extemely small and squashed to one size. I can’t upload images. And going to the widgets page under presentation just brings up a blank page.

Any ideas where I might be going wrong?
