upgrade from WP ver. 3.6.1

Just upgraded to newest version, after doing the upgrade network 3 things happened:
1- When I click networks, I get the following error: “Undefined variable: current_site in /home/wp-content/plugins/networks-for-wordpress/networks-admin.php on line 385.”
2- All sites within the network were archived, there is a button to unarchive sites (which i did) except for the first site in network, there is no way to unarchive it.
3- When going to other networks dashboard, I get a page saying “this site has been archived or deleted.”

The only plugin that’s running is networks for wordpress, changed to twentythirteen theme before the upgrade. Domain_current_site line has been commented out since the older WP version.

How can I unarchive the sites and other networks?
