Upgrade from 4.9.4 to 4.9.5 (hangs)

    Just to note… I have updated to the latest version 2 times this monring and in both instances, the WordPress plugin update interface got stuck and would not advance to a finished state. After a couple of minutes, I clicked on the “updates” button again in the admin bar and things “seemed” to go back to normal… but I fear this is a potential issue or bug. Thought I would report it.
