    I choosed to upgrade manually.
Successfully run the database query in my database.
When i clicked on the ‘Complete Upgrade’ button, it send a XHR request to my site’s frontend domain, which is different from the domain of the backend /wp-admin

I think it is because the plugin is designed using a single domain for both frontend and backend. Are there any work-around for situation like me?

The plugin uses the settings configured in WordPress. You should be presented with REST API options when a problem occurs, which you can change.
