Upgrade errors

    Just updated from 202 to 204.
    On running upgrade, I get this error:

    Fatal error: Call to undefined function: wp_get_referer() in /home/knotty/public_html/mydomain/wp-admin/upgrade.php on line 70

    If I just try to log in without running upgrade I get:

    Fatal error: Call to undefined function: wp_get_cookie_login() in /home/knotty/public_html/mydomain/wp-login.php on line 180

    What do I do now?

    FIXED. Sorry my mistake!

    In the instructions under do not delete, I did not delete the wp-includes.

    Got confused here since it was listed under do not delete.
