 * I upgraded using FireFTP. I did an overwrite instead of deleting. I uploaded 
   everything except wp-content b/c I did not see any new files to change. But I
   cannot access my admin. Thanks again. Need help, I am learning as I go.

   but not sure how to complete the installation from here. Advise please for the
   beginner. Moshu, I will DELETE next time, promise. I was advised to overwrite.
   I know you will fuss at me. 🙂

 * I had a conversation with myself and figured it out all myself! Very proud at
   the moment. I had overwritten the wp-config.php so I went to my backup and reverted
   back to it! HA! And for those of you mommies out there – I did this while nursing!
   My fist upgrade as a beginner.
