Upgrade Broke Page Editor

I had an issue where I couldn’t edit the page because the “text” editor didn’t work, but the visual editor did. So, I upgraded the plugin to it’s latest version but then the plugin did not work. The website was displaying fine but in the backend, there was no option anywhere to use this page editor. The buttons that say “Edit with WP Page Builder” disappeared even though the plugin was still active. My WordPress version is up to date. I did not see any errors in the console in the admin area or front end.

Also – switching the theme broke my site and didn’t fix the issue, so it’s not a theme problem.
