 * How do I upgrade Optimizer to Pro. Whenever I’ve tried over the past 48 hours
   it says Layerthemes is down for maintenance. That shouldn’t affect sales, I wouldn’t
   think.

 * Just visited their site, most probably will resume shorty you can wait for the
   time being. Have you tried emailing them ?
