 * I’m using 3.3.3. version for CF7 and would like to upgrade to 3.4.2
 * How can I do it without missing out the old forms?
 * I’ve tried to install the newest version but sistems says that the plugin exists
   and do nothing.

 * You don’t miss out old forms as long as you upgrade in the correct way.

 * I’ve uploaded the new version to wordpress. then it said the pluggin was already
   installed.

 * Ok, I’ve tried this as a first option but, in the upgrade pulgin list, doesn’t
   appears the CF7.
 * The issue is I can’t choose the upgrade in the dashboard.

   directory?

 * Try deactivating all other plugins and switching to the default theme, then try
   upgrading Contact Form 7 again.
