Upgrade 1.2 to 1.5 – print.css reference needs addressing

I did the upgrade from 1.2 to 1.5 (in a separate directory/set of tables) to check things out and get the process down. For the most part I followed what is described at http://codex.wordpress.org/Upgrade_1.2_to_1.5 and it worked well.

One thing that isn’t mentioned is that in my index.php, there’s a reference near the top to print.css which isn’t part of 1.5. Either it would need to be copied over or remove the line referencing print.css in index.php. I removed the reference.
