# UpdraftPlus setting page not load

 * The UpdraftPlus setting page not load!
    Other sites i use UpdraftPlus still load
   fine, wp-content folder in site error I renamed, will this affect?

 * Hi,
 * Can you try to temporarily deactivate the other plugins and see if you still 
   get the same issue? It is possible that there is a conflict between UpdraftPlus
   and other plugins you are using.

 * Hi bcrodua,
 * I try switching to default WordPRess theme: 2020, Twenty Twenty-One
    Same result,
   the UpdraftPlus setting page not load!
 * Please help me fix it!

 * Apologies for the late reply.
 * Could you run the following test with your browser’s developer tools?
 * – In your browser, open your Developer Tools (instructions on how to do this 
   for each major browser can be found here)
    – Open the ‘Console’ tab if it is 
   not already open – Reload the page
 * Do you see any errors appear in the developer console? Could you send me a copy
   of screenshot of those errors?
