Updraftplus: Failed to upload to Google Drive

The updraftplus was failed to upload backups to my google drive, and it shows this error:
‘(3) ERROR: Google Drive upload error: Failed to start the resumable upload (line: 290, file: the address of file)
1012.840 (3) Google Drive quota usage: failed to obtain this information: Error calling GET https://www.googleapis.com/drive/folder/about: (403) Access Not Configured. The API is not enabled for your project, or there is a per-IP or per-Referer restriction configured on your API key and the request does not match these restrictions. Please use the Google Developers Console to update your configuration.’
Here is the last part of log file:
