• Just curious. It appears you provide a standardized email backup subject.

As you can imagine if one is doing 10 or more websites (or even a few), how would one know which email messages are for which backup since it appears you have hard coded the subject of the email to read like:

    Backed up: (UpdraftPlus 1.7.20) 2013-10-14 12:14

Obviously I can open the email to see the domain, but sure seems to me it would be more efficient to include the domain of the site in the subject as well, like:

    Backed up xyz.com: (UpdraftPlus 1.7.20) 2013-10-14 12:14

    Hi,

UD puts the site name (obtained from the site name setting in WordPress) in the subject; is your site name empty? I get emails with subjects like:

Backed up: My Site (UpdraftPlus 1.7.29) 2013-10-14 02:43

By the way, WordPress.Org seems to think all your forum posts are spam, and so doesn’t forward them to me automatically. I only came across these by reading the forum manually. You might want to ask a forum moderator why that is.

    Best wishes,
    David

The backup email subject I received was what I sent earlier.

So I’m thinking is a bug somewhere.

    Hi Jim,

Please send a screenshot of the site name setting in your WP dashboard. Use http://snag.gy if it helps.

May have just been a fluke.

The “daily” did/does include domain in subject, though the initial manual backup attempts did not and appeared like:
    Backed up: (UpdraftPlus 1.7.20) 2013-10-14 11:35
