I manage about 10 WP sites, trying to install UpdraftPlus on all of them, at least 3 are having issues (see other post from me for a separate problem.

On this particular installation, I’ve installed the plug-in and activated it. When I attempt to click Settings (or backup now or anything else), absolutely nothing happens. No button click, no change of color, nothing. I can do anything else on the site, and using the same PC and browser I just installed UpdraftPlus with, so not a PC issue.

Tried wiping settings, deactivating, uninstalling and resinstalling, same problem.

Ideas?

Sounds like some other plugin or theme has a JavaScript error, and is interfering. If you view your web browser’s web developer console, what’s in there? (Usually, Control-Shift-J opens it).

Any likely culprit that’s installed on each of the problematic sites?

I am having the same problem, I cannot upgrade any plugins as updraftplus screen pops up saying Be Safe With Automatic Backup but the pop up window is greyed and will not allow you to click proceed. The entire site is locked and I cannot perform any upgrades.
