    Hi there
I installed the free version of UpdraftPlus for a customer earlier in the year to see how it performed. I notice in another thread here that it is actually meant to delete old backups once the latest is complete? Unfortunately that doesn’t seem to be happening in this case. Their updraft folder has 4575 files in it 88 of which are zip files in excess of 50MB (they have a lot of images on the site). In the settings, the option to Delete Local Backup is checked. Do you have to purchase the Pro version to get this functionality?

    Thanks

    You are welcome!

This part is handled by WordPress core (not by individual plugins themselves). So this isn’t an UpdraftPLus issue.

Actually, just looking back at the conversation about the version, in my WordPress Plugins page, it says I am running 1.5.22, so something out of kilter there. Should I just download the 1.5.22 again and upload that to ensure that the version is good?

    It wouldn’t hurt.
