    Your paid access to UpdraftPlus updates for this site has expired. You will no longer receive updates to UpdraftPlus. To regain access to updates (including future features and compatibility with future WordPress releases) and support, please renew.

    When I click on ‘please renew’ I am taken to the Updraftplus site but when I try to login I am told my account is not recognised. I do not understand how this is the case when I receive update emails to the account I am trying to login with.
