# [Updraft Plus] Entries in File Manager/WP-Content

 * Good afternoon
    Am wondering what setting is causing some backups to appear in
   a website cPanel/File Manager/WP-Content/Updraft yet for other sites, the backup
   files don’t appear here. I use FTP for remote storage and then transfer the files
   to my computer. Settings are the same for all sites. Do the files serve any purpose
   here? The backups are still visible under Existing Backups in WP admin. Thanks
