# Updraft plugin backup not working

 * Updraft plugin backup not working. I recently migrated my host to a new. When
   I restored, plugins not restored. I am using the plugin for more than 1 years.
   I never faced this issue
 * Is it due to litespeed hosting?

 * I checked, updraft making the backup but at the time of restoring, it’s failed
   to upload the plugins. Though I have not seen any error message.

 * Can you send us a copy of the restoration log, please?
    You can find this log
   in the ‘wp-content/updraft’ directory of your site via FTP. You can send the 
   log file and copy the contents into an online tool (such as [http://pastebin.com/](http://pastebin.com/))
