Hi,
Can you clarify what was in your email sent? We have more than one person who works on support. If you’ve already sent to one of our paid channels, then it’s best just to leave it there – wordpress.org don’t allow their forums to be used for commercial support (https://make.wordpress.org/support/handbook/forum-welcome/#do-not-post-about-commercial-products).

Hi David,
Thank you. Here’s a screen shot – https://www.screencast.com/t/QgUU7L7CTV

Hi Rick,
This usually occurs when https is enforced, but not set as part of the site URL or Home URL options.
In your WP-Admin->Settings->General page, what is the ‘site URL’ option set to?
Site address and WordPress address set to https://indyims.com
Hi,
Please could you send us a copy of the latest backup log?
The contents will be too large to post here directly, but you can use an online service such as Pastebin, and post the link here.
Hi Rick,
Thank you.
UpdraftPlus uses the WordPress network_site_url()
function to fetch the site URL. This in turn uses is_ssl()
to determine whether to return a https or http address.
In some cases where the site is behind a load balancer, this can fail to detect https.
However, this is not an issue in UpdraftPlus’ case, as the site URL is simply for user information. The log shows that the backup is completing correctly, and the site and home URL will be stored correctly in the database.
As such, the difference can be ignored.
