I am looking to send my backups to my Dropbox account. After following the Updraft prompt to “Save Settings” after selecting Dropbox as my remote storage location. I am now to the point where I am looking into my Dropbox settings, and Updraft.com is an allowed app- meaning there’s been acknowledgment between the two.

A new window appears with a button that I’m supposed to click to complete the process. I click it, supposedly redirected back to the my site to set-up my first backup. It instead has me log back into WordPress, bringing me back to the previous screen (Complete the process)… i click the button again and we go through the same thing over and over…

    Hi,

Can you try to temporarily deactivate all the other plugins please? There could be conflict between UpdraftPlus and the plugins you are using.

Then attempt to re-authenticate. Do you still get the same problem?

    Hi,

Thanks for the reply, I think that is the problem. Is there any way find out how much space the backup will need? Alternatively is there an option for creating the backup to a local folder on my hard drive rather than using online storage? Or is there a way to spread the back up over multiple online storage accounts?

Thanks again for your help, much appreciated.
    Cameron.
