 * I’m trying to update one of my websites, and it gave me this error after I setted
   the debug mode to on:
 * > Warning: An unexpected error occurred. Something may be wrong with WordPress.
   > org or this server’s configuration. If you continue to have problems, please
   > try the support forums. (WordPress could not establish a secure connection
   > to WordPress.org. Please contact your server administrator.) in /home3/jumptowe/
   > public_html/tronav/wp-includes/update.php on line 287
 * I have other websites in that server, and this is the only one which have problems,
I really need to solve this!!!
Please, any help or idea will be appreciated!

 * Try downloading a fresh zip of WordPress, and overwriting the files in wp-admin
and wp-includes. Take care NOT to do anything to the files in wp-content the
   file wp-config.php — that’s where your site-specific info lives.

 * I did it, and when I tried to log in the system ask me to update the database,
but now I can see the website, but when I log in the only I see is a blank page.

   I’m a little frustrated 🙁

 * The fact that you can see the site is a good thing!
 * You may now be down to a plugin (or theme) conflict. Since you can’t log into
the wp dashboard, try this to manually deactivate your plugins:
    [https://codex.wordpress.org/FAQ_Troubleshooting#How_to_deactivate_all_plugins_when_not_able_to_access_the_administrative_menus.3F](https://codex.wordpress.org/FAQ_Troubleshooting#How_to_deactivate_all_plugins_when_not_able_to_access_the_administrative_menus.3F)(
personally, I would try the FTP/file manager solution before mucking about in
   the database).
 * If that doesn’t let you log in to the dashboard, then navigate to `/wp-content/
themes/` and rename the directory of your currently active theme. This will force
the default theme to activate and hopefully rule-out a theme-specific issue (
theme functions can interfere like plugins).

 * It didn’t work!
When I renamed the plugin folder, the website crashed totally!
I restore it and rename the folder of the theme, and the same thing, a page blank,
in the frontend and backend. Any other idea? The theme I’m using is a premium,
I already created a ticket, I hope they answer me soon with a solution because
I’m pretty sure there is an issue with the theme. This is the temporary url of
   the website [tronav.jumptoweb.com](http://tronav.jumptoweb.com)

 * If you renamed the themes folder (wp-content/themes– not just the directory of
your active theme), it should have “forced” wp to use a default theme like TwentyFourteen.
Maybe you don’t have one of the default themes on your site, and that’s what
made it blank? Not sure about that.
 * Looking at the current error messages, it does look like stuff related to the
theme. Have you tried reinstalling the theme files? (Hopefully, if you made changes
to this theme, you used a child theme!)

 * I already reinstalled the theme.
I just rename the entire folder of themes,
but now I get this error
 * `Fatal error: Class 'WP_Session_Tokens' not found in /home3/jumptowe/public_html/
   tronav/wp-includes/pluggable.php on line 884`

 * I had this problem too. Do a check here and it told me that my apache was out
   of date
