Something may be wrong with WordPress. > org or this server’s configuration. If you continue to have problems, please > try the support forums. (WordPress could not establish a secure connection > to WordPress.org. Please contact your server administrator.) in /home3/jumptowe/ > public_html/tronav/wp-includes/update.php on line 287 * I have other websites in that server, and this is the only one which have problems, I really need to solve this!!! Please, any help or idea will be appreciated! Since you can’t log into the wp dashboard, try this to manually deactivate your plugins: [https://codex.wordpress.org/FAQ_Troubleshooting#How_to_deactivate_all_plugins_when_not_able_to_access_the_administrative_menus.3F](https://codex.wordpress.org/FAQ_Troubleshooting#How_to_deactivate_all_plugins_when_not_able_to_access_the_administrative_menus.3F)( personally, I would try the FTP/file manager solution before mucking about in the database). * If that doesn’t let you log in to the dashboard, then navigate to `/wp-content/ themes/` and rename the directory of your currently active theme. When I renamed the plugin folder, the website crashed totally! I restore it and rename the folder of the theme, and the same thing, a page blank, in the frontend and backend. Any other idea? The theme I’m using is a premium, I already created a ticket, I hope they answer me soon with a solution because I’m pretty sure there is an issue with the theme. Maybe you don’t have one of the default themes on your site, and that’s what made it blank? Not sure about that. * Looking at the current error messages, it does look like stuff related to the theme. Have you tried reinstalling the theme files?
