# Updating WordPress and Plugins

 * Great Plugin – it seems to work toooo well 🙂
 * When I have the plugin activated I cannot update wordpress or any plugins automatically–
   I have tried disabling all the firewall settings and a few other things but having
   to ftp any updates when trying to manage multiple sites is really time consuming.
 * Please advise.

 * I’ve just a tried a couple of tests and I cannot reproduce the problem you are
   describing, ie, I did several automated plugin updates and all the plugins were
   successfully updated.
 * Can you provide more info? Are there any logs or errors? (Check your hosts log
   files as well as the AIOWPS log file)
