Hi there, lovely plugin.

I am just wondering how to update the plugin to Version 3.0? Do I delete the old plugin & reupload the new version? I am concerned that if I delete the old plugin I will lose my pre-built elements.

There are some new settings so updating the plugin can change design. Official update is available now. If you wish to revert the plugin then simply delete the new version and Install again the old version 2.3
Your data will be back.
