Hi @spiwee!
Thanks for choosing Neve!
The issue may be caused by a plugin conflict, so please try to backup your site, deactivate all plugins, then reactivate them one by one so you will be able to check if a plugin causes this and if this is the case, replace it with an alternative one.
I hope this helps!
Have a nice day!

I have read this answer I do not know how many times.
Everything has been going well for several months and it’s the update of Neve that breaks everything but it’s the fault of a plugin and not yours.
I find that unsatisfactory as a way of working.
Sorry
Hi @spiwee!
I apologize if my answer wasn’t exactly what you had expected. I would like to assist further and solve your issue.
Since the issue started occurring after updating the theme, would it be possible to temporarily switch to Neve and see how it works? Maybe some function used in the child theme was changed in the last Neve update and this is causing the problem.
Let us know how it goes!

Hi
Indeed, you were right, it’s a plugin problem that I was able to correct.
It appeared when the installation of Neve went wrong, certainly a download problem
Sorry if I got a little annoyed, the copy paste answers don’t help much. Especially since I had to rebuild all the header and the footer.
To catch up with me, I will say that Neve is a great theme
Have a good weekend and thank you
