The Webcraphic Clearfy plugin requires an update to version 2.2.5. wordpress.org version 2.2.4 is available.

Update it at least a hundred times – the result will be the same. In the archives wordpress.org and there is an archive with version 2.2.4 on the plugin developers’ website. Download the archive and open it – you will see with your own eyes. Where did they get version 2.2.5 from? Version 2.2.3 should be updated to version 2.2.4, which happened.
Moderators and technical staff WordPress.org You should work carefully. They send a signal to the plugin to update to version 2.2.5 – this version does not exist in nature. It’s a complete mess.
There is no version of the Webcraphic Clearfy 2.2.5 plugin in nature.
Only version 2.2.4 has been released. Unzip the archive and see for yourself.
Even version 2.2.4 is hanging on the developers’ website .
Moderators and technical staff created this problem wordpress.org .
This has been discussed for the third day in the Technical Support section of the plugin. But, as usual, no one wants to take the blame on themselves.
I wrote a letter to the developers – they are silent.

To avoid an update warning on the site, change the value of version 2.2.4 in the file: clearfy.php on 2.2.5.There are several options:
1. Wait until version 2.2.5 is released, and in the meantime, change the version yourself, as I described above, so that you don’t worry about the update warning.
This situation has already happened.
This is most likely a mistake by the technical department wordpress.org .
2. On one of my sites, I use separate options (separate plugins) of this comprehensive plugin:
– Robin image optimizer;
– Webcraphic Cyrlitera;
and so on.
They are provided by separate plugins and are updated independently.
3. It is possible that the developers have decided to stop working with the plugin. Then you need to look for an analog to this plugin.
I would wait with the conclusions for a while.Like the others, im stuck in an update loop. Ive updated numerous times and it keeps telling me there’s an update available
It is actually only a small error, a number has to be changed in a TXT file. I don’t understand why it takes so long! This constant update loop is annoying! The developers should slowly take action here!
We apologize for this issue, it is related to the caching of downloaded WordPress.org updates. On our end, the update was downloaded correctly and according to the documentation.
We have released an additional update 2.2.6, which should fix the issue. This will force WordPress.org to reset the cache again, since the new version is downloaded. However, there are cases when the old version remains in the cache, although the plugin has already been updated. Try downloading the new update.
The new update works correctly again, thanks for the fix!
