Updating rating after Feb 2020 update

Plugin has greatly lowered its quality, configurations, possibilities, accessibility and endless issues, which we do not understand, because it was perfect, we gave it 5 stars, but now we cannot grant more than 1 for its serious limitations, sorry, but it´s not understandable, even we lost all our configurations as basing on the new possible configurations, we can´t get back our initial configs (transparent background, arrow dissapeared before at site when it was not necessary, etc…)
