    Hi,

    on my own site as well as on clients sites we’re experiencing that changes are not updated on frontend, because LS is not updating after these changes are bein applied.

    The only reliable method for updating post contents or CSS via Customizer or child-themes stlye.css.

    With plugins too, sometimes when I try to disable a plugin, it keeps remaining activated. Not happening regularly, but often enough.

    When I have experienced these issues for the first times, I have tried to test with different LS-Cache-Parameters in order to update posts or disable plugins. When doing this I had switched off caching in my browsers setting so that this would not interfere troubleshooting process.

    Unfortunately I was not able to find a single parameter, but rather individual configurations to solve for individual projects. Sometimes I just needed to turn off Critical CSS, sometimes Exclude JQuery, sometimes another parameter to bring the updated post to public.

    In the end I got too frustrated about this very time consuming method and the only thing I’m doing now is to disable LS Cache completely whenever I realize that a post it not updated properly. Still, this is causing extra workload on me and my clients.

    By the way, these issues are causing additional traffic in my support-queue, as you can imagine.

    Instead of calling for help anytime I’m confronted with these issues and anooying my clients with workarounds that cause additinoal workloads for them, I’d like to hear about a best-practice about how to setup and configure LS Cache Plugin properly.

    Actually, your website including KB and FAQs are completely missing such an instruction. And searching for “update post issues” is not bringing up relevant past cases that could help.

    Our Linux server runs with with cPanel (currently v76), CloudLinux (latest), KernelCare (latest) & LS Webserver (4 Worker) plus CSF and CSX. Please help 🙂

    This looks more like an Opcache issue. Do you have it installed on your server?

    Hey, sorry for late reply.

    Yes we have opcache installed, but only few clients have it activated. I think most prefer using Redis, which we are also providing.

    The latest workaround was to disable LS , edit post, reable LS. I will try to narrow down the issue by disabling opcache or Redis and seee how that goes
