# Updating Plugins not working

 * I am having problems updating some of my plugins, Modern Events Calendar in particular.
   
   When I attempt to do so, it says “Update failed: Update package not available.”
 * This is one of the many problems I’ve encountered after updating WP to 5.6

 * Thank you so much. I followed the link to the MEC thread, completed the steps
   but still having the same error message. I will try to post over there 🙂
