Updating page title and description

    I updated my login page from dashboard and added title, description, keywords etc and updated it.
    But the login page is not working anymore like it used to. when i go to my website example.com, and hit login, i am redirected to example.com/wp-login

    I removed the titles and description, nothing works. even tried deactivating the plugin but nothing works.
    The register button works fine as i did no title changes to this page.
