# Updating issues

 * I have a strange issue with both the automatic upgrade and the installation of
   new themes – the system unpacks the files, starts the installation and then promptly
   fails, saying that it couldn’t create this folder or copy that file.
 * Being the newbie that I am, I’m not really sure where to look for the problem,
   so I was wondering if anyone here perhaps might be able to give some advice?
