Updating Header

I just went in and tried to add a Mister Linky to my site.

In order to do this it asks you to add code to the header. I put it in the place that they wanted and hit the update file button. It says at the top “file edited successfully” but for some reason it isn’t showing up in the site’s html.

Is there any reason that it wouldn’t be showing up? What else can I do to resolve this issue.
