# Updating Failed

 * Whenever I add a Gallery Group, I get an updating failed when either saving or
   previewing the page.

 * Are you receiving the error in the front-end or in the back-end when inserting
   the shortcode? Do you use Gutenberg editor?

 * This is on the back end, not using shortcode. This is after inserting Photo Gallery,
   and then selecting Gallery Group.
 * I am using the Gutenberg editor.

 * Please open **Developer **tools of your browser on the page with this issue and
   look for Javascript errors on **Console **tab.
