 * I just updated my blog and this is the error I received after the update. ANY
   help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in Advanced.

 * The `subscribe2` plugin seems to be the error.
 * Access your server via [SFTP or FTP](https://codex.wordpress.org/FTP_Clients),
   or a file manager in your hosting account’s control panel (consult your hosting
   provider’s documentation for specifics on these), navigate to /wp-content/plugins/
   and try deleting `subscribe2` plugin.

   please [post your own topic](http://wordpress.org/support/forum/how-to-and-troubleshooting#postform).
   A lot more people will see your post, and that way you stand a good chance of
   getting the assistance you want. Despite any similarity in symptoms, your issue
   is likely to be completely different because of possible differences in physical
   servers, accounts, hosts, plugins, theme, configurations, etc. Thus one problem,
   on one setup is not indicative of the functionality and reliability of an application
   as a whole.

 * Hi, we are looking into this error in Subscribe2 at the moment – one cause and
   fix is checking your PHP version on the server isn’t old.
 * One user experiencing this issue was using PHP 5.2 and this issue resolved once
   update to a more current version of PHP (7.3.x in the specific case).
