    Hi,

    Sorry to hear about this issue.

    Can you please provide us with ore details about how the balances are updated through import? What are the steps made on the site in order to achieve this?

    Can we get a better idea about your site configuration? Can you please share a copy of your site’s System Status? You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”.
