Please help. I am brand new to word press and am trying to upload a 2020 logo to the front page. I cant even find where to place it on the site.

I just don’t know what to do

You’re using a commercial theme, so please use their official support channel. We feel they are best equipped to support their products.

I am helping a friend with this so I have tried to log into TagDiv and in order to sign up I need a purchase code for the site. Where can I find this?

Where did your friend get the theme in the first place?

You may then have to repurchase the theme to obtain support for it if the original dev did not give your friend the info from the theme’s purchase.
