 * When I updated to 2.0.3 from previous version, it removed the full screen menu
   class that is used to hide the menu for responsive screens. No big deal, I added
   it back, but this will break the plugin for anyone who does not know how to do
   it.

 * Hi pxforti,
 * As the plugin was a major update I tried to keep everything settings field same
   as the previous settings. If you read about the upgrade notice on readme file
   it is clearly mentioned that you need to resave your configuration. I know it
   might be a bit difficult for some people to add the classes/ids to hide but I
   am always available to help them out.
 * Regards

 * Nirmal, thanks for the quick response. The main reason I mentioned it is to notify
   users who are updating that they need to add the menu class or id back to settings
   or the full-screen menu will show when the responsive menu is on.

 * this issue is still happenning. I upgrade again to the latest version, 2.0.5,
   and again, it removed my class to hide the desktop nav menu when responsive menu
   is displayed.
 * the plugin should not remove that class when upgrading point releases.
