# Updates not taking effect

 * I am getting some URL loop errors and think it may be because of a link in my
   top bar. The issue is that I have an image link that is showing a different URL
   than what I have in the CSS / HTML settings.

 * You’ll see the Canadian flag image with a link – [http://www.wehangchristmaslights.com/canada-2/](http://www.wehangchristmaslights.com/canada-2/)
 * In my HTML settings I have the HTTPS version ([https://www.wehangchristmaslights.com/canada-2](https://www.wehangchristmaslights.com/canada-2))
 * If you hover over the flag and look at the url it shows the non-https version.
 * So in one place I have the https link and on the actual page the link shows as
   http.
 * I have cleared the cache using W3 Total Cache and do not know what to do next.
 * Can somebody please take a look and let me know what I’m doing wrong?
