Updates don’t work

    I have version 2.96 of the plugin. I am not updating the plugin because the lightbox does not work in all new versions. For example, clicking on the thumbnails opens the image without the lightbox, then the user exits the site page.
    Let me know how to fix it.

    You need to tell me the website on which this happens. Without seeing the site and any error messages in the browser console I can’t do anything for you.

    Also try to disable any WordPress caching which might be in use or make absolutely sure that the cache is updated – there are major changes between 2.96 and 3.0. If your WordPress cache stills ends the old frontend script from 2.96 this will not work with the 3.0 backend.
