# Updates dissapear

 * A continuing issue is when Elementor sends an update to the free plugin and to
   the Pro, the pro plugin update fails after the free is updated. Sometimes I can
   update the free and then reload the page to get to the update for the pro, but
   not the last 2 times. The update just dissapears and I cannot access it. Plus
   I can no longer login to the pro support, it is now two factor and the security
   code goes to the site owner, who pays the bills but I am the site IT. 
   Why is
   this a continuing issue?

 * Wow did you read what I wrote –
    1. the FREE version wipes out the Pro version’s update
    2. with your double opt in, I the IT person cannot get into support without contacting
       the owner.
 * So that was truly a less than useful answer.

   Elementor plugin is updated to the latest version to prevent any similar issues
