The plugin is still supported, not sure why you would think its not.
I have tested with WP 4.0 RC1 and have pushed an update to 0.6.
Both Kelli and I have been under considerable stress both personally and professionally.
If you wish to modify the array that controls the URL’s available to display in the popup, feel free, how would you intend on publishing this?

Sorry Ben, I didn’t mean to imply you didn’t care about it. I don’t see a .6 version and that latest listed is .5?
I would send you the changes or do a diff myself, whatever you prefer. Sony reader is dead, so there is no point in having those and I would add the scribd store and the inktera.

I made the updates, added inktera and scribd and got rid of sony.
Would you like a diff? Or something else?
