This is not a standard situation. I’d have to see this in person and possibly with access to the WP Dashboard of your site. Otherwise I’m not sure what even to recommend. A link to the broken pages would be nice to begin with. Thanks.
My apologies for not providing the link.
My site is http://realtyProAsheville.com. There are numerous pages with this plugin. Here are three where you can see that it is not working correctly:
http://realtyproasheville.com/2013/03/beaver-lakelake-view-park-real-estate-asheville-nc/
http://realtyproasheville.com/2011/08/biltmore-forest/
http://realtyproasheville.com/2013/03/grove-park-real-estate-asheville-nc/
You can see that the tabs for the plugin are missing. All the information is listed, making my page way too long. While I know I can just delete the plugin and resolve that issue, I like the plugin and would like it to work. It provides valuable information for users.
If you need access to my dashboard, please use the email function on the website I provided above and put simple real estate pack in the subject so i’ll know it’s not spam — then I can send you login if you need it.
Thanks!
Hi Penny,
It looks like the page is being broken due to jQuery Validation plugin that your theme is using: http://realtyproasheville.com/wp-content/themes/arras/js/jquery.validate.min.js
The plugin is of version 1.5.1. Most current version is 1.11.1 and it should support jQuery 1.8.3, which comes with the new version of the WordPress. I think the old version of Validations conflicts with the new version of jQuery that was updated in WordPress. So, it’s not the SREP’s issue, but rather your theme’s.
Hope this helps.
