Updated WordPress – theme bug, post lost etc.

    I updated WordPress, and now i can’t load any post in my dashboard. Can’t edit or preview them before i publish aswell.

    Some of my sites like “homepage” is gone.

    What can i do to fix this, or get it back to normal 🙂

    The first thing I always do in cases like these is to switch back to the default theme (i.e., Twenty Fifteen in WordPress 4.1.1’s case) as well as deactivate all plugins. This eliminates the idea that your issue is 3rd party theme and/or plugin related.

    Oh, and if that fails to resolve the issue then I go to Settings > Permalinks and simply click Save Changes. That sometimes works wonders.

    Short of all the above, sometimes an update fails and thus you might just need to re-update your site. Note that there are a myriad of ways to do this:
