@godoy There is probably a theme or plugin conflict, can you post a link to the site you’re working on?

Hi Josh, I have this same issue. You can see my dev site/page here:

The first slide is visible:hidden – wen I change this I can see the slide but no controls. Not sure how to get the slider to display. Could you take a look and let me know if I’m just missing something obvious?

    Thanks!

@mearscola That image is supposed to be hidden, the rest of the slide images are displayed using JavaScript. You have some JavaScript errors that are breaking the slideshow.

Your theme or another plugin is deactivating all of the scripts for Meteor Slides and loading it’s own scripts instead. Start by deactivating your other plugins and testing the slideshow to see if there is a conflict with a certain plugin.

If that doesn’t fit it there’s an issue with your theme, you’d have to disable the function that is deactivating the scripts, or you could try the Restore jQuery plugin.

Did try disable all plugins and theme. The next step is to Try “Restore jQuery” But it is Compatible up to: 3.3.2 so I am scared to try it on the website because the side can not be down

Try this plugin. jQuery Updater. Worked for me.
