Updated WordPress & Crashed Site Completely

    Hey,
    So I’m new to word press and just went and updated the new Word Press with all the plug-ins and the whole site crashed. I cannot even log in to change the settings.

    It says, “Fatal error: Class ‘PostListFeaturedImage’ not found in /home/bullme5/public_html/newbull/wp-content/plugins/plfi-pro-addon/plfi-pro-addon.php on line 59.” when I go to the site or the log in page.

    Please help.

    First off, try deleting plfi-pro-addon plugin.

    Since you do not have access to the the dashboard, access your server via FTP/ SFTP , or a file manager in your hosting account’s control panel (consult your hosting provider’s documentation for specifics on these), navigate to /wp-content/plugins/ and delete plfi-pro-addon plugin.

    If that does not resolve the issue, then try MANUALLY updating. Download WordPress again and unzip it. Access your server via SFTP or FTP, or a file manager in your hosting account’s control panel (consult your hosting provider’s documentation for specifics on these), and delete then replace your copies of everything on the server except the wp-config.php file and the /wp-content/ directory with fresh copies from the download. This will effectively replace all of your core files without damaging your content and settings. Please read the Manual Update directions first.

    Hey, sorry, I’ve been trying to get into the FTP server last night and this morning, but it’s not letting me in with my password. I inherited this site from someone else and it’s been passed down from a couple people before him. I’m trying to get in touch with the original creator but I don’t know him and he’s hard to get in touch with these days. I’m not sure what I can do if I can’t get into the dashboard.
