That usually means you have JS errors. Look at your console and see what it tells you.

Better if you just post your site URL here.

I don’t know what that is for you unfortunately. Probably a plugin or custom code.

I disabled that plugin, but now when i visit the site every link i click on makes a download. Any idea why that would be? And thanks for helping me i really appreciate it

Unfortunately I am not sure. I would suggest you talk to the developer who built your site or try talking to your hosting. But deactivating a plugin should not do that in/by itself.

Hey @z_zay
Hope you get to the bottom of this!
I’m going to mark this thread as resolved – if you have any further questions after speaking to a developer, please do start a new thread.
Thanks,
I can attest to it. I am having same problem. Check it out here.

it seems to be a Javascript issue, in my case, it happens when default product variation is selected. When you use drop down to select non-default (Paperback), then stripe fields are fillable.
I am using latest stripe plugin versions, as well as WP and Woo.
This is HUGELY disruptive to business top line!
Please don’t jump into denial, this is a serious issue.
