# Updated website search?

 * Is there any work going on to update the site search functionality and UI? Trying
   to search for problems here and on google just doesn’t work very well. I really
   like WP but finding solutions can be incredibly difficult.

 * Areas of the UI have been updated in WordPress 3.5 but I don’t think there’s 
   been any work done on the site search. Have you tried looking at some of the 
   search plugins if you need additional functionality.

 * We know the search here sucks but there are no plans to replace it with an in-
   house search at the present time.
