Thank you for opening a support topic. I looked at your website and it seems like you are using a minification plugin. This often casuses problems with relative paths in scripts aswell as javascript error in other plugins. Try disabling that plugin
Hi, thanks for replying, I disabled the plugin, but the problem still persist.
I only enabled the FB pop up box for posts, for example:
http://sunriseodyssey.com/experience-climbing-mount-kinabalu
But nothing is coming up at the moment…
When looking at it with Firebug I Get the following error:
Given URL is not allowed by the Application configuration.: One or more of the given URLs is not allowed by the App’s settings. It must match the Website URL or Canvas URL, or the domain must be a subdomain of one of the App’s domains.
Make sure you’ve configured the facbeook application according to this guide:
http://arevico.com/creating-a-facebook-application/
Make sure the domain id is equal to sunriseodyssey.com and the siteurl http://sunriseodyssey.com/
Do not include a www.
OH ok, took out the www.
No FB popup still..
Still the same error:
http://screencast.com/t/p1r0Lytz . Did you clear the cache and did you made sure you edited the right app (with id: 495315027241783 ). I noticed you also have another social plugin active with id: 1443946719181573 . If so, contact me at reply@arevico.com and send me a screenshot of the facebook app configuration.
