Updated to the latest WordPress Version and now can't access widgets

I recently updated the wordpress version of my site to 3.5 and now I cannot access my widgets. I can see it but when I click or try to manipulate it, it doesn’t do anything. I cannot expand the different widgets or make edits to them. How do I fix this? Does wordpress have a patch or is this a known issue? Thank you.
