Updated to lastest version wiped out all my downloads! Help!

I updated my plugin to the latest version and all my categories and downloads disappeared! The files are still on the server. I posted this to the support forum, was asked to supply a temporary admin password, which I did, but it was been FIVE days and no reply. Here is my original post to the support forum:
